Review
The book was extremely inspirational and very motivating. I started this book earlier but never had the chance to finish it. This overwhelming sadness I faced today brought me back to reading it. For me, the current pursuit of happiness, at times, feels impossible. It feels like a mental challenge to attain that happiness, especially when you feel like you are doing it alone. With the right help, good support, and a great book, I have to admit, it did open my eyes to finding that happiness. Although challenging, the book guides you to finding happiness that can fit into your life. The book goes through various life scenarios to exemplify the advice the authors are trying to relay. The book gives various examples of how successful people choose to be happy and what makes them stand out from the crowd.
I found the book to be very informative. What I liked most about the book was that at the end of each part (9 parts total) there were a series of questions that reflected what the section was describing. I enjoyed this because every morning I journal. Sometimes it's hard to journal your thoughts and what I liked while reading this book was how there were questions at the end of each section which I used as journal prompts. What I also enjoyed was how short the chapters and sections were. Although 332 pages seems a bit daunting, it didn't feel like that with the short advice segments.
Overall, think the book is worth a read, especially if you are trying to find that spark of happiness or change in your life again.
